This virtual operator on the Belgian mobile network of Orange, has several years of experience with M2M, IoT, and PTT services. Their special data-only subscription can be used in whole Europe. (EU-28) Except in Belgium where we have the edpnet network available, your device will have access to all available mobile networks, and will use the one with the strongest signal.

The countries in the roaming package are Aland (Finland), Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France (and Monaco, Mayotte), French Guiana, Gibraltar (United Kingdom), Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey (United Kingdom), Hungary, Ireland, Iceland , Isle of Man (United Kingdom), Italy, Jersey (United Kingdom), Kosovo, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal (and Madeira, Azores), Reunion , Romania, St. Barthelemy, San Marino, St. Maarten, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain (and Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla), Czech Republic, Vatican City, United Kingdom (they are no longer in the EU but for now tariffs normally remain the same, also for all previous countries in the list with United Kingdom between brackets), Sweden.

Sim card & Activation:

You will receive by post a new 3-in-1 sim card (mini-micro-nano). There is no extra cost for sim & activation. You can also come to our shop to pickup the card.

The SIM cards are "Non-steered" implicating they will always take the strongest network when you are outside Belgium. Within BE coverage, the cards will connect over the Orange network.

Monthly fee: 1,21€ per month, excl data usage. Monthly Cancellation

Usage:  Your sim card will have access to 2G/3G/4G network for mobile data only in all EU countries.

Tariff pay-per-use: 0.004726€ per MB Invoiced per KB for the countries in the roaming package.

According to our experience, the average usage for PTT applications (like Everywhere radio) is between 250-500Mb for a regular user, which means 1-2€ data usage on top of the monthly fee. If you don’t use your device, you will only get the fixed monthly fee.

To order a SIM card, you need to enter all your contact details, including your phone number, date and place of birth, and, if ordering for oustide Belgium : a valid VAT number and all company details! We will provide your details to edpnet. Edpnet will sent you by e-mail a confirmation of your order and agreement. Sim cards will be activated after you received them by post or on the fly when you collect the sim card in our shop in Antwerp. You will also receive login credentials to access the 'my edpnet website' to manage your details, invoices, sim cards etc. New Data Sim's will get a new phone number.

Tip:  Please use in your device this APN: data.be   No username & password is needed.  (for older Galaxymobile cards, the apn is : gms.be)

Roaming:

The edpnet subscription can be used in all EU-28 countries. You can request edpnet for optional access to countries outside EU.

Be aware Switzerland, Turkey, Andorra etc are not EU. For the time being, UK is still in the EU package concerning roaming.

PLEASE provide a mobile number when ordering, without a mobile number we can not register SIM cards. (you keep your mobile number, it's just a contact number, the sim cards get new numbers assigned)
